We are a small, independently owned and operated mental health collective located in the heart of the Hollywood District. Our Independent Practitioners provide child, adolescent and adult mental health and psychiatry services within a collaborative framework.
We are a low acuity clinic. We do not offer after hours or emergency services.
Medication Management
I see psychiatric medications as an added tool to aid in overall well-being, and enjoy working with clients on how to maximize wellness with the least amount of medication needed. I consider nonpharmacologic modalities whenever possible, which often involves lifestyle and behavioral changes as well as care coordination with your medical and/or counseling team. I enjoy educating my clients to ensure the treatment process is well-informed and collaborative.

I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and families in various levels of care to achieve their treatment goals. I have experience providing a variety of treatment approaches to clients and families, and am specially trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Art Therapy and Collaborative Problem Solving modalities.
Medication Management
My objective as a PMHNP is to hold healing space and join with you in your path of wellness. In addition to just working with medication, we will explore other elements of wellness including diet, sleep, exercise, mindfulness, and social outlets. Using these cornerstones we will create an environment of wellness and build self awareness while developing coping strategies.
