Approach & About

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Art Therapist, I have multiple tools to help as I work alongside my clients and their families to alleviate symptoms, achieve goals and attain balance. Although a specific interest in Art Therapy is not necessary to begin services with me, I find that Art Therapy provides a creative approach that is not reliant on spoken language. This is something that I am trained specifically in and passionate about, as putting spoken words to their thoughts and problems is  frequently something that children and adolescents are having a hard time with at the points in their life in which I see them.

I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents and families in various levels of care to achieve their treatment goals. I have experience providing a variety of treatment approaches to clients and families, and am specially trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Art Therapy and Collaborative Problem Solving modalities.

I am able to provide non-judgmental, unconditional positive support, lend creative problem-solving and engage in excellent communication with both the clients that I serve and their families, facilitating healing growth in family systems. I have extensive experience providing diagnostic and psychosocial assessment, creating and implementing treatment plans and  utilizing Evidenced Based Practices to meet each client’s specific needs.

 SELF PAY RATES

Intake: $250  (60-90min)
Therapy sessions: $200 for 60 minute;  $150 for 45 min; $100 for 30 min.
Late Cancellations & No Shows: $75 first time; $200 second/subsequent

Cash Rate for Non-Billable Services (letters, phone calls, etc.): $50 for 15 mins.

$50 discount offered for payment at time of service for cash paying clients.
