I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. During our sessions, we will work together to find the right balance of medication management, therapy, and wellness support that best fits your needs. I integrate evidence-based treatment approaches with supportive psychoeducation and practical strategies to help you build resilience, manage symptoms, and improve your quality of life. Whether you are experiencing acute distress or managing a chronic condition, we will work together to explore the most effective treatment options, including referrals to additional therapy, or specialized external support when needed. You are the expert on your own lived experience. Together we will work to co-create a path toward greater stability and well-being.

25 min follow up: $240

Late Cancellation/No Show (first time): $180
Late Cancellation/No Show (second and ongoing): $360

Cash Rate for Non-covered Services (letters, etc.): $360/hr
